01 What are the museum's opening hours?
We are open from 10:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, and from 09:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
02 What is included in the ticket?
The ticket includes our Sense Kit, which consists of a small pack with two candies, a chocolate, and a pair of anti-slip socks, designed to help you fully enjoy the experience.
03 Are the sweets vegan and allergen-free?
They are not vegan, as they contain animal fat. However, they are gluten- and lactose-free. If you have any specific allergies, please inform our team before consuming them.
04 Can people with disabilities, pregnant people, or people with epilepsy still enjoy the museum?
Yes, most of it can be done without any issue, we have an elevator to accommodate mobility difficulties. For any specifics you can ask our staff and they will guide you about what are the difficulties you may face with our installations.
05 Are there parking facilities near the museum?
Yes, there are private parking facilities (car parks/parking garages) in the surrounding area.

We are a permanent museum.
