Tickets are subject to availability and the Museum of Senses reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per person or transaction.

All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address is correct.

All ticket sales made directly through the Museum of Senses website are final.

No refunds or exchanges are permitted, except in cases where the Museum of Senses cancels an event or temporarily closes the museum due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we will inform you and provide you with a full refund or the option to reschedule your visit to another available date. Under Italian law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of tickets made online within 14 days from the date of the transaction without any penalty and without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info.milan@museumofsenses.com. Please note that this right does not apply if the event is scheduled within the withdrawal period. If tickets were purchased through third parties, the cancellation and refund policies of that platform apply. For any changes, cancellations or refunds related to your booking, please refer to the specific terms and conditions.

Tickets must be presented at the entrance, either in printed form or on a mobile device. Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
